Tenex Drug Dosage
The medication Tenex should be prescribed and monitored by a doctor because of possible allergic reactions due to interaction with other medications or because of certain medical conditions. Pregnancy, as well as breast feeding is considered an unfavorable condition to Tenex. Furthermore, kidney or liver problems, along with blood vessel disease or plans for surgery might also alter your doctor's plans of using Tenez. Certain medications, such as Barbiturates, Beta-blockers and Tricyclic antidepressants may not only decrease the product's effectiveness but also increase the possibility of Tenex side effects.

If any severe allergic reactions occur, such as difficulty in breathing, facial swelling, changes in heartbeat or sexual problems, then seek immediate medical attention. Additionally, there is a threat of withdrawal symptoms if a patient suddenly stops taking the medication. These symptoms may include nervousness, agitation, tremor and a major increase in blood pressure.
Other Uses Of Tenex

Tenex and ADHD, along with other stimulant studies have been conducted for well over half a century, and have shown improvement with Tenex and ADHD without the sedative effects that other drugs can produce. Symptoms of autism have also been improved with Tenex, including attention deficit and agitation and aggressiveness. Tenex and Clonidine both have been listed as medications that can help with autism. Ritalin is another drug similar to Tenex that can help with ADHD.
Is Tenex safe for children? Tenex in treatment of children should be limited to the ages of 12 and up.
Children who are younger than 12 are more sensitive to the possible side effects of the medication, which may include drowsiness, light-headedness and tiredness. Gum, ice or sugarless candy can help with dry mouth symptoms. Tenex in the treatment of bipolar children over the age of 12 may prove effective and without the added health risk.
