Tofranil is Imipramine, an antidepressant drug of the Dibenzazepine group. Imipramine is also marketed as Antideprin, Deprimin, Dynaprin, Eupramin and Irmin, as well as Tofranil. The drug may also be sold generically as Imipramine tablets.
